We carry out thorough EPCs with fast turnaround times. Post EPC support is available to explain the findings of the EPC.

EPC + MEES

This service is aimed at landlords and letting agents, who are looking to increase their property’s EPC rating to a C.

Initially an assessment will be carried out on the property. This can either be lodged as an EPC as usual, or as a non-lodged Energy Report if preferred.

We will poduce your bespoke “route to EPC “ after discussions of the various options. An EPC will have recommendations which are usually the best place to start, however it is usually very vague anddoesn’t offer practical specifications.

Additionally there may be factors not on the EPC whcih we can suggest.

At the end of the process you will receive 3 documents:

The initial assessment

Our summary document detailing the current position, the recommendations an next steps.

A “scenario” document, which is the original assessment with the inpuits changed to reflect the propsed changes. This is generated by the EPC software and will give you a degree of confidence that you can proceed with improvements in the klnowledge they will achieve what you are setting out to do.

Homeowner Education

This service is for homeowners who wish to understand the energy efficiency of their home in more depth.

An assessment will be carried out on your assessment and lodged as an EPC if you wish. There will be an additional 30-60minute session face to face for us to explain the findings, and also for you to ask any questions you may have.
