Our EPC Assessment service provides everything you need to obtain a valid Energy Performance Certificate, lodged to the national register.

If required we'll explain your EPC rating, talk you through the information, and answer any questions you have so you understand what the report means for your property.

This service includes:

Ideal for: Homeowners, landlords, estate agents, letting agents, and property professionals who require an EPC and want clear, honest advice without unnecessary jargon.

EPC + MEES

This service is aimed at landlords and letting agents, who are looking to increase their property’s EPC rating to a C.

Initially an assessment will be carried out on the property. This can either be lodged as an EPC as usual, or as a non-lodged Energy Report if preferred.

We will poduce your bespoke “route to EPC “ after discussions of the various options. An EPC will have recommendations which are usually the best place to start, however it is usually very vague and doesn’t offer practical specifications.

Additionally there may be factors not on the EPC whcih we can suggest.

At the end of the process you will receive 3 documents:

1 - The initial assessment

2 - A “scenario” document, which is the original assessment with the inpuits changed to reflect the propsed changes. This is generated by the EPC software and will give you a degree of confidence that you can proceed with improvements in the knowledge they will achieve what you are setting out to do.

3 - Our bespoke document that ties the above 2 together, and makes your path to getting to a C clear.
